Founded by Chef Miguel Barclay in 2015, Craft Fare have worked on a broad spectrum of projects within the food Industry, from TV shows with Jamie Oliver, to national food campaigns for the UK Government. But our speciality is within recipe development, food cost reduction and understanding the operational constraints at play.
